These terms apply to use of the public FairMind website and its published materials. Access to a FairMind product workspace may be governed by a separate agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website.

Research-stage, metadata-only, external-provider, unavailable, and validated paths are not interchangeable. Nothing on the website is a guarantee that an AI system is safe, lawful, compliant, certified, or suitable for release.
